Introduction
Popular common spaces may be booked in advance for special occasions. Please check the community events calendar before you finalize your plans in case there is a conflict. Check with the bookings teams if you have questions about availability.
Common Room
This is the largest common room with the adjoining kitchen, lounge in the back and patio on the east side of the building. It can accommodate seating for 50-60 people.
Huset Den
This room is ideal movies, game nights or music, with easy access to the patio and bbq area. The sound does not carry to the main building.
Huset Dining Room and Kitchen
The dining room seats 8-10 comfortably and is an ideal place for a smaller dining group than the main common room. Want to have a family dinner and your own unit is too small? This is the answer. The adjoining kitchen is equipped for meal preparation, but many people choose to prepare the food elsewhere and use the kitchen for serving. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove top, oven and microwave oven. Of course, you can use only the dining room portion for meetings or other gatherings, as well.
BBQ
You may book the BBQ for a private function, if you like. Otherwise it is available for anyone on a first-come first-serve basis. The safety lock code is xxxxx. Please use the following guidelines for use:
