Residents of West Wind Harbour Cohousing (owners and tenants) can book guest rooms for family and friends for up to 14 days without obtaining permissions from the Booking Team.
Permissions for additional days are granted according to availability.
Hosts inform the guests of the donation policy and are encouraged to accept any voluntary donations on behalf of the community. Donations are passed on to the appropriate account holders.
Residents take on the role of host when booking accommodations on behalf of guests, and are wholly responsible for the actions of the guests. The host must welcome and orient the guests, issue and collect access keys, and arrange for cleaning on the day of departure. Cleaning extends to the bathrooms and any other spaces in Huset used by the guests, including the kitchen, dining area, waste disposals, etc.
The Huset management team regularly inspects the premises and may arrange for professional cleaning services, the costs of which will be passed on to the responsible host, if spaces are not sufficiently cleaned to receive the newly arriving guests.
